I know many of you are already planning and preparing for heading BACK TO SCHOOL. So I created this little Student Information FREEBIE to help you with information about your students.
Simply print one for each of your students, have parents complete at Open House, and place in your teacher notebook. You will have this handy for emergencies and don't forget to make those positive phone calls and/or emails too.
